ReplyDeleteNo, I purchased it from a friend of my neighbor. I had no clue how to gut it. My pal Penny's husband offered to come over and give us a lesson. I'm planning on buying them already gutted next time !! However, if necessary I think I could do it.....I suppose if one is going to eat other animals one should be prepared to deal with the guts....
